I've developed a sort of mantra for myself - "Don't be seduced by the money." I've had to learn to ask different questions when taking on a business or considering a joint venture...usually ones about the nitty gritty. It's a challenge for a "big picture" person like me, but I've got little reminders around my office to keep me focused. And great friends who will ask me the tough questions if I've forgotten to ask them myself! SO well said, Terri!
