   Try www.scheduleonce.com - it’s a free web 2.0 for finding a time for your meeting, and the only scheduling service that automatically adjusts to daylight saving time.

   Thanks, Tom! ScheduleOnce looks like a great tool for scheduling meetings where you want to allow participants to “vote” on when is a good time for them. Doodle (www.doodle.com) is similar.

   World Clock Meeting Planner is better suited when you have to make a one-sided decision…when you are planning a teleclass or webinar, for instance.

   All three are handy!

   Hi Terri,

   Slightly off topic, but I am wondering if you have heard of Lypp? (http://lypp.com) It’s a teleconferencing service that allows the host to schedule a meeting that calls everyone that is to be in the call. Supports recording as well.

   Thanks, Erik — I hadn’t heard of your service, although I have seen toll-free bridges before. Great idea (to have the teleconference system call the attendees)…but I’m assuming the 9 cents per minute is per attendee (although the website isn’t clear about that!) and that adds up fast! For the typical solo entrepreneur, that could be prohibitively expensive. I see that recording is included though…so it might be a cost tradeoff.

   Anyone out there used this service?
