Take your Team 100 Form (Building Strategic Alliances) and choose 5 business owners today that you want to join your Team.  Call them and introduce the Team 100 concept and invite one of these five to lunch.  A personal meeting will create a stronger connection with that person.

Why should you invest in creating a Team 100?

• It forces you to organize your database.

• It helps to create professionals willing to network with you.

• Puts you in the center of a large network, increasing your visibility.

• Gives you knowledge about professionals that your clients may need.

• Creates you as a viable resource for your clients and other professionals.

• You become the “go to” person when someone has a question or a need .

Long-term benefits

• Several of these people will become your clients

• Rich relationships will be created out of this group

• You’ll become a “solution bank” for others

This step, of calling 5 people a week and inviting one to lunch, will be ongoing for 20 weeks or until your Team 100 is complete.  This process can take up to one year, so keep at it!

You may also want to post your Team 100 on your website.  After all, the purpose is to build a big network and to be seen as the ‘hub’ of this network.  Why not promote your Team 100 members by having a link to their sites?
