Extreme Positivity

If you’re like me then you too, are a life-time learner. I learn by attending workshops and seminars but I also always have a “practice” I’m focusing on daily to help myself create the life of grace and ease that I value so highly.
My current practice is one I call “extreme positivity.” Very simply, it’s based on the philosophy that everything in your life and business is integrated. If you have one area in your life that is causing you distress, frustration or tension then that is going to cause you to feel constricted and your energy to contract. It’s tough then for other areas of your life, like your business for example, to be full of abundance, grace and ease if there is contraction in other areas of your life.
Now, to solve this, the practice I use is to pay close attention to feelings of abundance, ease and grace (grace is really just another word for the touch of God). I then look for how I can bring these feelings into every corner of my life, especially the areas where I might otherwise be inclined to feel frustrated or tense.
Doing this helps me transform unpleasant or uncomfortable situations into something positive and hopeful, which then carries over into other areas of my life. By taking this integrated approach you bring yourself into alignment on a daily basis with your soul and it’s true purpose for you, and before you know it, doors of opportunity open, everything seems easier, you make more money and you’re happier.
Want to know the question I always ask myself to help achieve this magical state that attracts good fortune like a magnet? The question is, “If I were approaching this situation with grace and ease, how would I do that?” This question is designed to automatically create the feeling of grace and ease that is essential to manifesting what I want.
Want to join me in this daily practice? I guarantee that if you do you’re going to be amazed at how this one simple question will help you restore a sense of calm, peace and order to any situation you may be facing. Plus, you’ll be making significant daily deposits to your “soul’s bank account,” which is the source of more money, more clients and better opportunities for you and your business.
