There’s a song that starts with Love is Wonderful and so it is. Especially the love we have for ourselves. I know this sounds a little narcissistic but truly it isn’t. Ask yourself a few questions about how you feel about yourself:

• Do you truly believe in yourself and know that you can achieve whatever you Want in life?

• Are you willing to step up to the plate to make things happen and to think bigger

• Do you pat yourself on the back when you achieve something however small it might be?

• Do you beat yourself up when you make a mistake or do you see it as a learning experience?

• If you don’t meet the right someone to spend the rest of your life with can you be OK with that and still have a full happy life?

If you answered Yes to all of the above you are definitely on the right path. If you answered no to any of them there’s some work that needs to be done in that area.

Remember not only is everything about energy, you are a bright shining light in this world and your energy flows out to everyone and everything you connect with. Work on shoring up any holes in your confidence or belief in yourself, be kind to you and grateful
