Although it may not seem like it to some, this is actually a great time to build a business however to build successfully, marketing is of prime importance.

• Write articles & place them on as many free internet marketing sites as possible (most people have something of interest they can use.)

• Attend networking events

• Post your information on forums

• Facilitate a Free teleconference (if you have good information to share people want it.) There are many free teleconference lines. Check the internet. I use www.freeconferencecall.com and have always had great service with them.

• Record the calls and turn them into products you can give away or sell.

• Make yourself as visible as possible in many different ways.

• Check out events where they are looking for free speakers. (this is a great way to get known and to build your database, which is your golden goose.

• Always remember to hand out a sign up sheet when you speak or put on an event.
