You must always pay attention to how you are feeling…all day long. Checking in with your emotions once or twice a day is not enough. In the Law of Attraction, your thoughts are your engine and your emotions are the fuel to get you where you want to go.
Yes, it is simple. Will this take practice? Yes, more than you think. Your prosperous results are worth the few seconds (literally) it will take to have present moment awareness and then shift the way you feel if it’s not good.
