As a successful service-oriented entrepreneur, you must have Quiet Soul Time in your days in order to connect with your deeper, creative self. Answers to our biggest obstacles are realized in quiet. Our most intuitive solutions (the best kind) surface in Quiet Soul Time. And our brilliance can only be fully actualized when we regularly practice periods of Quiet Soul Time.
Choose from the following list of Quiet Soul Time and pick at least three that you will alternate and incorporate into your daily life.
Quiet Soul Time:
- yoga
- meditation
- solitary walks or jogs outside
- quiet time in nature
- journal writing
- unstructured time to putter
- prayer/asking the Universe for guidance
- massage or other bodywork
- other quiet activities that speak to your soul
