The way you look on the outside – your hair, makeup, wardrobe – is a reflection of what you’re feeling on the inside. Your appearance makes an impression loud and clear, before you ever speak a word.
Do you love how you look?

Authenticity is the key. When you honor your Unique Presence(TM) and dress to support the real you, your life will change. One of the holistic tools I use with my clients is called Fashion Feng Shui®, and it teaches us to honor our inner essence. Take the time to find the right garments to put in your closet, have them tailored to fit your body/shape perfectly, and choose the colors and styles that flatter your Unique Presence(TM).

In order to feel authentic, you need to get clear on who and what you want to be. Paying attention to all areas of your life and getting clarity about your purpose will help you to move forward. Remember, you’re the only one that can make it happen. It’s in your hands to create the life you desire.

When you take great care in nurturing yourself, it shines through in all areas of your life — you are in the flow and that energy shows. If you are not nurturing and honoring all areas of your life — your health and wellness, mental and physical, relationships, and spirituality — it will start to show in your energy level and appearance.

So how well do you treat yourself?

• Do you listen to your body when it’s telling you something?

• Do you feel fabulous and energetic?

• Do you eat healthy foods that fortify your body and energize you?

• Do you make exercise a priority in your daily routine?

• Do you spend time doing something that you love?

If you answered “no” to any of these questions, it’s time to take a look at your life and where you need to make some changes.

Do you notice during the safety presentation on an airplane that the flight attendant tells you to put your oxygen mask on FIRST before trying to assist anyone else? Well that is great advice! You need to care for yourself first before trying to assist others in life.

Make a choice to fall in love with yourself – right now, today, just as you are. Start focusing on extreme self-care so that you can shine and be fabulous in all areas of your life. Yes, it takes time, money and effort – all those things we need more of in each day — but when you pay attention to these important areas of your life you will notice that changes start to happen. You will stand taller, be more confident and feel an overall sense of lightness and ease in your daily encounters with potential clients, current clients, colleagues — anyone you come in contact with.

When you’re passionate about your life, it shows. So make the choice to discover your Unique Presence(TM) and nurture it with extreme self-care. You will be glowing!
