I LOVE to track where the joy is flowing in my life and business! It’s one of my top “energy shifters” when I am at my morning Creative Bagel Time. So, when I cam across this wonderful blog and “movement” by Heather & Stacey and friends – I just had to join in.
Not only is finding appreciation, gratitude and JoyFlow fun…but it is deceptively simple way to shift your energy and thoughts to inspiration, joy and expansion….from this place it’s SO much easier to create…whether you are creating a project, a new client, a program or creating a positive connection with a friend or your children.
Won’t you join me in 30 days of Thanks? Oh and I’m going to be compassionate…today I’m feeling the energy, I’m committed and if I miss a day…no internal whipping, deal? Click here to read more and then let me know you are joining in or comment on my JoyFlow Thanks below…I love hearing from you. Your energy gives me energy and vice versa!! THANK you~
Day 1: My 30 Days of Thanks
Beautiful Bright Blue Morning Glories!
Every morning for the last couple of weeks as I sit in my office on the 2nd story I can see a row of trees that are growing behind the fence in our backyard. They have been turning beautiful golden colors of red, orange and yellow…right in the middle of this one tree are bright spots of blue…Morning Glories! We planed the vines from seeds last spring and thought they would look beautiful along the fence…but they had other ideas…they’ve stretched 20 feet up into this tree …almost as though they want to give me a gift on the 2nd floor…
I’m savoring before the bareness of winter comes…
En-JOY!

Laura, you are so right, we do need to be thankful for everything we have and not
obsess over the things we don’t have. Keeping a positive attitude is key, even when things get a little rough.
Thanks for your blog…
