You Can’t Grow without Authenticity

I caught the end of Oprah for the first time in months and was happy to hear the topic- growing powerfully in your business when you become real and authentic. A black gay comedian was talking about how she has sprung into the spotlight in the past year- now that she is open about her sexual preference and confident with her style and business.
I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to find your authentic self as an entrepreneur. My business tripled this year, and I expect it to triple again next year- primarily because I am stepping into my highest self, even if others don’t like it. I’m 100% ME and that feels really good. My focus is on helping others quickly grow their businesses- just as I have- because I genuinely care that they are able to live their values and enjoy the lifestyle they want. That type of freedom requires earning good money so I want to help my clients do exactly that.
What result do you really care about? How can YOU help others with your unique strengths? Focus here first, and then grow. It’s the only path to powerful success.
