How will you create the financial success you want in 2010 if you don’t have the necessary processes in place?
In teaching a new Say Yes to You Coaching series that started in October 2009 it came to my attention just how many entrepreneurs don’t realize how important it is to have written goals, a vision board, written marketing plans as well as written action plans in place so they know exactly where they are going and what they need to do to get there!
If you didn’t set your goals or write your marketing plan with weekly actions I highly encourage you to do this before January 8th 2010 so that you are ready to “Step Up and Stand out in 2010.”

“Problems cannot be solved at the level of awareness that created them.” – Albert Einstein
Business today is not conducted the way it was years ago, in fact not even one year ago. If you are not constantly learning, changing and allowing yourself to use conscious business strategies and conscious business marketing any kind of challenges you may have will not readily change because your mindset is still the same.
Yes, you definitely can integrate spirituality and business and make money at the same time. Spirituality is not about religion, it’s synonymous with meaning. Meaning is created from growing and giving. When you can come from a place of giving in business it will bring so much more in the way of wealth and success!

The face of business has changed. The face of marketing has changed. It involves using an inner and outer approach to create the success, abundance and financial wealth you want. Your inner mindset is what creates the results. If you’re still looking to achieve your success from outside sources it can be very challenging.
Having a conscious business structure creates an authentic connection and means using conscious business strategies.
If you’re struggling with creating the prosperity and abundance you want you may still be unaware of what’s really going on unconsciously. Answering the following for yourself will open you up to a different perspective.
- You have to get very clear about your relationship with money. Are YOU?
- Get totally clear about what it is you really want to create.
- Recognize that life wants to partner with you in an abundant way AND the big one……………..
- Your Big WHY? Why do you really want the abundance and prosperity? It’s very necessary to reveal the real energy underneath. Dig a little deeper here. When you achieve the money and success you want what will it really do for you?

“Success depends on getting good at saying no without feeling guilty. You cannot get ahead with your own goals if you are always saying yes to someone else’s projects. You can only get ahead with your desired lifestyle if you are focused on the things that will produce that lifestyle.” – Jack Canfield
Whether it’s in business or personal life saying “NO” is one of the most powerful words in the English language. This is part of saying Yes to yourself.
Obviously there are times when you want to be able to say yes to other people too however more often than not I hear people saying Yes when they really need to be saying NO, sorry I can’t right now or “Let me think about that and I’ll get back to you.”
We say no to children because they need to learn about boundaries and what’s OK and what’s not, it’s no different with adults. So next time you go to say Yes to someone else, stop and ask yourself if this is something that is really necessary or a ‘must’ or is it something you are thinking you are ‘supposed to’ or ‘should’ do.

“There is one quality which one must possess to win, and that is definiteness of purpose, the knowledge of what one wants, and a burning desire to possess it.” – Napoleon Hill
It’s time to set goals and intentions and to define exactly what you want to achieve in 2010. So it doesn’t get overwhelming decide what it is that your business absolutely needs then chunk it down into weekly and monthly action plans so that it’s achievable and you can see your successes week by week, month by month.

“The Minute You Settle for Less Than YOU Deserve, You Get Even Less Than You Settled For.” - Maureen Dowd
So many great things have happened in my life since I decided I really did deserve more money, more clients and lots of joy in life.
You can create exactly the same just by making the decision that in the coming year you are not going to settle for less than you deserve and that you are going to take the action to create all the things you want in business and in life.
Go out there and shake up the world. You are brilliant, you have genius and you can create and achieve anything you want with the right kind of mindset.

“When Your Self Worth Goes Up, Your Net Worth Goes Up With It.” Mark Victor Hansen
I’ve been teaching people how to feel confident and have a great sense of self worth for over 25 years. And, I know that anytime someone steps out of integrity their self worth on a subconscious level goes down.
Having a good sense of integrity and commitment is an integral part of having a successful business and drawing to you the clients you want to attract.
Yes, I teach ‘How to Say Yes to YOU’ and I do want you, especially women, to learn how to make themselves number one. However, remember that putting yourself and your needs and wants first is only OK if it’s not hurting or at the expense of someone or something else.
Remember, like attracts like so you want to stay focused on having a high sense of integrity to keep a high level of self confidence.

“There are no Limitations to the Mind Except Those We Acknowledge. Both Poverty and Riches are the Offspring of Thought.” Napoleon Hill
If you haven’t read Napoleon Hill’s book “Think and Grow Rich” I encourage you to buy or get it out of the library as soon as possible and read it thoroughly.
I recently started going through it again and all I’m going to say this week is that if you follow his principles, read the stories that tell you how many people went from illness to healthy, from poverty to prosperity, take action and heed the words he writes it’s almost impossible not to create all the money, abundance and success you want from your business which ultimately will change your whole life. No More Excuses.
You have the talent, the expertise and the brilliance to make it happen!

“There is no scarcity of opportunity to make a living at what you love to do, there is only scarcity of resolve to make it happen.” Wayne Dyer
Wayne Dyer really said it all. Believe it or not, this is absolutely one of the best times for an entrepreneur to be growing a business and making money!
If you really love what you are doing there are 3 things that business is really about. 1. Being of service to others. 2. Making a profit. 3. Sales. It’s in the 3rd area that most entrepreneurs make their biggest mistakes.
Whatever business you’re in you are always selling. Whether you are selling services, products or programs! Make sure you have 21st century marketing tools in place and that you are coming from having a strong belief in yourself and your ability then set a plan and take action.
