Well, a “bandaid”, really…I’m a lot like chocolate-which is one of my favorite things-(I prefer Belgian to Nestle’s.) But, unlike chocolate-that might only make it feel better, a “rescue”, for a little while. It’s like a “bandaid” helps the initial “owie”( Sorry, babysat my toddler niece!)
In the long run, if the pain is one that requires stitches to permanently fix, you need more than a bandaid!
When you talk to a life coach, you want it-whatever IT is. (career direction, new job/promotion … starting, develop a business…)
All of the above is usually what I hear…
So, chocolate, although delicious, is only a “bandaid rescue’. You want a lasting solution, not a “quick fix”!

Off to Henderson, NC.

I just got my THIRD full of hype canned phone call from a well-known internet marketing guru! I recently spoke on a Team call for this (products class I’m in) of how I really despise recorded phone call messages from the mega stars in my field. I know Internet Marketing isn’t the only way.
But, not being really there and hawking a new program? I don’t feel unique, special or all warm & fuzzy and I’m very likely to not hang on to even listen to the tinny well-crafted marketing hype!

Stopped In Your Tracks! Why Do We Often Feel This Way?
We often feel overwhelmed so we don’t even try to begin. Is it hard to start? Of course it is! I won’t lie to you!
But, not starting, results in feeling “stuck”. I hear this all the time. I know we feel that we’re the only one…but, hey many say they feel stuck! About 90-95% of my new clients tell me that’s why they decided to get coaching.

I had no clue what information products were or even that they existed! Not unusual. Whether I’m coaching on transitions or marketing-career-wise…your resume, presentation ie. interviewing & first & last impressions… “selling yourself”!
For the solopreneur, marketing takes on a different emphasis-what can get your name “out there”-let folks be aware you exist! Get clients, if, like me, you offer services…I can’t give you a cup of coaching…But, I can have & do, a book you can buy! A tangible, physical product!
