Sharron, I know it is never a good time to be laid off. So often I have found that difficulties where I have persevered are the ones where I have had the most benefit. There is a concept of the breakdown before the breakthrough. Focus on your strengths, what you do well and what opportunities are available to you right now. The goal is to turn a negative into a positive. With perseverance that is possible.

Stacey, your article is well spoken concerning mindset and fear. As you pointed out it is not the task ahead of you that contributes to fear. Instead it is the perception we have about taking those action steps. I use the acronym for F.E.A.R. all the times. So often people take their beliefs as truth, but, that is usually not the case. They are perceptions we created based upon our experience and messages heard from others. Many times fears are not even logical although they feel very real. EFT and other energy therapies are excellent tools for helping to clear the fears and other obstacles to your success.
