Prospective Solo-E Certified Experts are screened through our rigorous certification process to ensure
they are capable of providing high-quality, relevant material
for Solo Entrepreneurs, and run their businesses in alignment
with Solo-E
Business Principles. Specific requirements are noted
below. Positions may be limited.

There are two sequential steps: Step 1 is to gather information about your experience, target market, area of expertise and other qualifications for certification. Step 2 is the formal registration and initial payment process (payment in advance for your first month of service, which is adjusted to reflect your acceptance date or fully refunded if your application for certification is not accepted.) You will be taken directly to Step 2 after completing Step 1. Unless you are in an unusual circumstance and have arranged otherwise with us, review of your application starts after both Step 1 and Step 2 are completed.

Once all information has been received by Solo-E, you can
expect a decision on your application within 2 weeks.
We will either accept you as a Certified Expert, ask you to
enter our waiting list, or let you know what qualifications
you still need to obtain. If you are not accepted or put on the
waiting list, you must wait at least six months before applying
again.
If you are accepted, your advance payment will be adjusted to reflect your acceptance date. Once accepted you will have immediate access to all the features and benefits
of the pricing plan you choose, and we'll be contacting you as soon as possible to get your bio details, picture, etc.
To be certified as a Solo-E.com Expert, you must:
- Be an online Solo Entrepreneur for at least two years.
- Provide proven, professional-quality services, training,
and/or products tailored specifically for online solo entrepreneurs
(who must be at least 50% of your target market).
- Submit a resume/bio, specific examples of services,
classes and/or products in your area of expertise that
you plan to offer, plus two letters of recommendation
or testimonials for you and what you do.
- If you plan to offer teleclasses, submit proof of your
training as a Teleclass Leader or equivalent experience,
and either an audio recording of a recent teleclass or
the link to an upcoming class we can review. Note:

Terms and Conditions for Experts
Once you have been certified as a Solo-E Expert
Being certified as a Solo-E Entrepreneur Expert means we have validated
your expertise, and are ready to begin reviewing the articles,
classes and other products you would like to list. We then
review EACH item before accepting and publishing the listing.
- Submit complete information for each article,
class, ebook, etc. that you wish to have listed, via our online system (we will provide you with your own personal login and detailed instructions). This
includes a short summary, full descriptions of the classes,
times, dates, cost, format, etc. Depending on the item we may ask for a review copy or samples.
- Once you have submitted your listing information via
the template, we review the article, class description,
etc., to ensure it meets our quality and editorial guidelines. If approved, and get your item on our site as quickly as
possible. Your material will also be eligible for inclusion in our newsletters.
