"Hi, this is Jerry. How ya doing? Hey, thanks for calling. Uh. I'll be in on Tuesday, starting at about 10 or so, hanging out for the day. I won't be in on Wednesday. I'll be in Thursday some of the time. And I won't be in on Friday. And then Saturday and Sunday I will be at the Ben and Jerry's One World, One Heart Festival, at Sugarbush , Vermont . . . . Free! Incredible. Five-dollar parking charge. Carpool. Bring all your friends. Come say hi. I'll be there. I can't wait. If you need to speak to a person, . . . hit zero. Otherwise, you can leave me a message. Hope everything's good. See you. Bye."
Remember when you record your message be sure to make your voice "speak" to your target audience. Pay attention to if your target market is formal or informal. Imagine an ideal client and speak to them as you make your recording.
