A business package will consist of:

   1. Pricing packages
   2. Letter of introduction or welcome letter
   3. Agreement or Contract

Whether you are a provider of products or services it is important to clarify for yourself and your clients exactly what you offer.  This exercise will help you gain this clarity.

So much of marketing is refining your message and speaking in a "voice" that your ideal client understands and will be drawn towards.   

You should create at least three different pricing packages for your products and/or services.  You may want to do a bit of Internet research to see how others in your profession have done this.  Of course, you can visit Alicia's coaching page at http://www.discninja.com/coaching.htm.

The reason for at least three price points is that it gives prospects a choice.  Not everyone can afford to pay the same amount so by varying the amount of time spent with you and the services or products offered you have a greater chance of attracting more clients.

For instance, the variables in your pricing can be:
  1. The amount of time you spend on a client call.

  2. How often you have client calls or frequency (weekly, 2x month, 3x month, monthly).

  3. Group vs. individual consultations/presentations.

  4. Levels of product offerings.  You may have a basic product which is low in cost, a step up in the product line may be a bit higher and then the top of the line would be the most expensive and extremely valuable.  This is true whether your product is printing, candles or pet shampoo.  It's also true of service provided.  
Today put on paper at least three different pricing packages then spend some time “running the numbers” to see how many clients you will need in each category to make your desired monthly and annual income from these products and/or services.

Of course, if the product or service you are offering won’t be your only source of income, take into consideration that you may already have, or will be adding, additional streams of income in the future (a new product, a book, a new consulting service, concierge services, gift packages, or any offerings you know will be coming your way in the future).
