1. Is Your E-Mail Inbox and Answering Machine Full of Messages?

Take 15 minutes to answer your e-mails and/or return your phone calls every day, and you’ll stay in touch with family, friends and business associates in a prompt manner.

2. No Time for Personal Pampering?

When you look at the clock and find you have 15 minutes before bedtime, enjoy a refreshing face mask, moisturize your cuticles, hands, rough elbows and legs, or perform any other quick pampering tasks your body needs.

3. Want to Spend More Quality Time With Your Kids?

Any time you find yourself with 15 minutes to spare and you’re with your kids, you can enjoy quality time together. Whether you’re in the car or waiting at the doctor’s office, take advantage of the time by talking with your kids and sharing thoughts and ideas.

4. Having Problems Finishing the Laundry?

Another task you can get done when you only have 15 minutes to spare, is to fold a load or two of laundry.

5. No Time to Keep the Cupboard Full of Clean Dishes?

In just 15 minutes, you can load your dishwasher and turn it on. Or, you can unload your clean dishes and put them away so they’re ready for use.

6. Can’t See Your Beautiful Flowers Because of the Weeds?

You spent so much time planting your flowers, but now you can’t see the fruits of your labor. Take 15 minutes – while you’re waiting on a contractor to show up – or your kids to get off the school bus – to weed your flower bed.

7. Is Your Web Presence Suffering Because of Your Absence?

Do you have a journal or a blog online that’s just sitting there dormant because you can’t find the time to work on it? Another task you can get done when you only have 15 minutes to spare is to update your journal or blog. Otherwise, you’ll lose your audience and won’t attract new readers.

8. Can’t Fit Exercise in Your Busy Schedule?

All you need to do is find 15 minutes and you can stretch, do aerobics, or take a brisk walk around the block – whatever type of exercise you like best!

9. Is Your House Cluttered With Items That Need to be Picked Up?

You’ll be surprised at how much you can pick-up in just 15 minutes, especially if you take a laundry basket with you as you go. Place the family’s items in the basket and instruct family members to retrieve them once you’re done.

10. Think You Have No Time to Cook a Nutritious Dinner?

There are many recipes that have a preparation time of 15 minutes or less. That means, you can put together a delicious meal and pop it in the oven, or put it in your crockpot, in no time at all!

Take 15 minutes to sit back, close your eyes, and take some time to breathe deeply and relax. When your time is up, you’ll feel refreshed and ready to go!
