Previously in Tip #3 of From Fit & Fine to Fabulous, I talked about the importance of walking in your definition of success.
I have discovered that walking in your true purpose is also a state of being whereby change is accepted without resistance.
When you know you purpose you seek to make better choices over an extended period of time. Purpose leads to more clarity and a successful life by your own design.
In essence, purpose is the purest form of you, where you are living in authenticity and the vision for your future begins to manifest as you grow and succeed.
The late Jim Rohn once said:
You’ve got to be a dreamer.
You’ve got to envision the future.
You’ve got to see California while you’re climbing 14,000-foot peaks.
You’ve got to see the finish line while you’re running the race.
You’ve got to hear the cheers when you’re in the middle of a
You’ve got to be willing to put yourself through the
paces of doing the uncomfortable until it becomes comfortable,
because that’s how you realize your dreams.
As a game-changing, high-achieving woman, do you know your purpose for your life?
